What LuckDrop is
LuckDrop sells a digital greeting experience: an email and an animated web page carrying your message. It is entertainment and a gesture of goodwill. It does not change probability, outcomes, destiny or anything else in the real world, at any price. No guarantees from the universe. Just good intentions.
Payments
Prices are shown before checkout and charged once, in the currency shown, through Stripe. The amount you choose changes only the presentation of the experience.
Giving
We donate 10% of our profits (revenue after payment processing fees, delivery, hosting, refunds and operating costs) to charitable causes we choose. No part of your payment is a donation by you, it is not tax-deductible, and the recipient of a LuckDrop does not receive money.
Delivery and refunds
LuckDrops are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Where the law allows, you agree that delivery starts right away and that the right to withdraw ends once the LuckDrop has been delivered. If a LuckDrop can't be delivered, was sent to a mistyped address, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll resend, redirect or refund it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Acceptable use
- Send LuckDrops only to people you reasonably believe will welcome them.
- No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, phishing, links or requests for money or personal information.
- Don't use LuckDrop to contact someone who has blocked LuckDrops or asked you to stop.
We may hide messages, refuse delivery, ban senders and cooperate with lawful requests when these rules are broken. Payments for LuckDrops blocked for abuse may be refunded at our discretion.
Your content
You're responsible for what you write. You give us permission to store and display it to the recipient (and publicly only if the recipient chooses to share it).
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the LuckDrop in question.
